How It Works
- Online bidding closes at 11:59 PM on October 31, 2025 (the evening before the Gala).
- Silent auction bidding will continue in person at the Gala ending at 9:30 PM on November 1, 2025.
- In person winners will be notified at the Gala once the auction closes that evening. Online winners will be notified by email on November 2nd, 2025.
Important Notice
By placing a bid, you are committing to purchase the item should you win. All winning bids are final and considered binding agreements. Payment can be made by cash, check, and credit card (through PayPal) and will be collected promptly following the silent auction winning notice.
